Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Metridata Smart Technologies provides digital services including website design, bulk SMS, digital marketing, mobile app development, and related services. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations.

Project-Based Services (Websites, Apps, Landing Pages)

All project-based work requires a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers the time and resources allocated to your project.

• Before work begins: Full deposit refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started.
• After work begins: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, the deposit is retained and any additional work completed is billed at our standard rates.
• On delivery: The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we will revise it according to the agreed brief. Refunds are not available for completed projects that match the agreed scope.

Bulk SMS Credits

SMS credits are non-refundable once loaded to your account. Credits never expire and can be used at any time. If there is a technical error on our part that results in failed delivery, affected credits will be restored to your account.

Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services (social media management, SEO, maintenance) are billed in advance. Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds are issued for partially used months.

Exceptional Circumstances

If Metridata is unable to deliver an agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative solution. We will always communicate proactively if any issue arises.
